Trying to explain social anxiety to someone that doesnt have it is like explaining relativity to a six year old. They know most of the words, but conceptually…there is nothing I can say that’s gonna relate how badly I want to leave this fucking store right now.
It’s especially fun when the anxiety seems to sometimes be triggered by someone you care about deeply. ESPECIALLY!
